Piña Colada Smoothie
This creamy smoothie tastes like a piña colada while delivering plenty of protein and fiber. The frozen cauliflower adds thickness and nutrition without affecting the flavor or texture. Even Bob, who is reluctant to try any of my sneaky veggie recipes, says this is really good.
Ingredients
- 170 grams Great Value frozen cauliflower
- 107 grams fresh banana
- 2 rounded teaspoons Benefiber
- 4 grams Margaritaville Sugar-Free Piña Colada Drink Mix powder
- 12 ounces tap water
- 300 grams Great Value plain nonfat Greek yogurt
Directions
- Pour the cauliflower directly into the blender cup. One bag is enough for two recipes.
- Add the banana, Benefiber, and dry piña colada mix.
- Pour in the water and add the yogurt.
- Puree until thick and creamy.
Note
Use frozen cauliflower right from the freezer and a ripe banana for the creamiest texture.
Makes one large smoothie (approximately 24 ounces).
